Lowering your weekly living costs — also known as overheads — can significantly improve your capacity to go well in life; freeing up your time, improving your capabilities for a new focus, & decreasing stress so you can strategise & take action in the coming chapters of life.
The key is to create living spaces for yourself & loved ones without sacrificing the quality of life. Some ways to achieve this include:
- Build smaller, more easily managed buildings that you can move in to.
- Asset Management: Remove or alter wasted spaces on your property. Repurpose oversized or cluttered spaces in your home to improve your capacity, & become more efficient.
- Reposition yourself financially, so that you can remove bank loans & other debts: You can replace building facilities you are using already with newly created spaces. You can add bedrooms, workshop areas, work spaces – modify your home.
- Create buildings that don’t need maintanence: Develop new buildings using new building materials & industrial waste.

2. Create Revenue Streams:
You can increase revenue through small buildings that you to create. The goal is develop new income streams by extending on the facilities that you already have. Look for opportunities to diversify or expand your income sources, & to create multiple streams of revenue.
- Service Diversification: Create AirBnB/accomodation services on your property. Add extra rooms that could be rented out or leased. Set up new facilities for art studios, meeting rooms, office spaces, or making products on your site.
- Expand the range of products or services you can offer on your site. It is usually easiest to do this by adding facilities to an existing residential or commercial property – but you can start from scratch on bare land, or improve/rebuild existing facilities.
- Up-Selling: Look for buildings that you can obtain & rebuild.
- Sell or lease small buildings you create using the building materials you discover. Add a lifetime value to someone else, & inject some short-term funds into your world by creating a small building for sale.
- Create shared facilities: Partner with other residential property owners or businesses to create spaces that you can run another ideas in. Business spaces, manufacturing spaces, kitchen or manufacturing facilities, etc.
