Objective:

Critically analyse their own and others’ past and current planning and management practices in order to develop and employ project management practices that will ensure the efficient development of an outcome to completion.

SUMMARY:
Understand how businesses and systems are managed to reach goals.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?!

Work in teams & individually to -

+ Look at the situation; considering its’ history, and today.
+ Think about how the situation is organised, managed, and sustained.

+ Talk to the person who manages the situation.
+ Outline their responsibilities, and describe their job.

+ Learn about how the system is controlled to ensure that it is fast, reliable, and not wasting materials.
+ Collect information about the practices of others who are involved.
+ Map out the processes that take place in the business, or system from start to finish.
