You can do this now that you have an idea about what is working, what can be improved, and how the existing system functions.

HOW TO WRITE THE BRIEF:

1. Look at the information and ideas you have gathered from people, and by observing the situation.
2. Write a short statement about how to improve that system.
3. Reorganise your statement so that it can be read in one paragraph (this paragraph [called 'The Brief'] will guide the development of your whole project).
